December 29?!?!?! I just can’t! It cannot be the end of 2016! Where has the year gone?
1. Run 3 times a week
Did I run 3 times a week? Yes and no. 3 out of 4 weeks, I ran 3 times a week and my 1/4 week, I switched two of my runs for the stair master. The stair master is an ass kicker. It got to the point where I was dripping in sweat and my arm was out of dry spots to wipe my forehead with! Definitely a nice change from running.
2. Do not eat 1000x during the holiday season
I did not eat 5 helpings of pies like I had told myself not to. I did however munch a lot throughout the day but hey, it’s the holiday. I totally tried so that’s all that matters haha.
3. Lift 3x a week
I managed to lift 1-2 times a week unfortunately. However, I did buy a new mini band so I’ve been doing glute activation work at home 3 times a week so does that count? 😉 It’s almost like lifting weights… I’ve been doing these before I head to bed or right after I wake up so I can’t “forget” to get them done.
