Would you look at that, I’m running again! Still a running blogger haha. I’m actually pretty excited even though they’re short distances. Time wise, they’re all I can really manage at the moment so I’m going to take it and run with it.
When you’re laying in bed nursing your food baby from yesterday’s food tour (see the maple bacon butter tarts in the last photo/IG stories!). Convincing myself to go burn some of yesterday’s calories off because tonight we’re going to the @thecarbonbar and I need to make room ??? help me ? What are your Friday plans tonight?
I’ve been doing some pretty easy runs. After my run on Saturday, I felt like I could do more but H wanted to leave the gym. I was hoping to do 3 runs back to back and go out on Sunday for 6-8K but then we got a mini snowstorm. Again. I was definitely not keen heading out as someone I knew took a face plant and someone else I knew saw a car spin into a ditch. Not fun. The photo below was taken around noon and the snow only kept piling on faster! I ended up heading to the gym and running 3K on the treadmill and 2K on the elliptical.
