3 Ways Chicken

Instead of running this morning and studying… I made chicken!  It’s super easy so check it out down below  🙂

Ingredients 

For the Chicken

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • Salt, Pepper, Cajun powder, Curry powder, Chicken broth powder, Garlic powder

For the Pasta

  • 1.5 cups of pasta of your choice
  • Hot Pepper Bean Paste (Gochujang)
  • Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Chicken broth powder

Extra snack I made while waiting for everything to cook

  • 2 tiny potatoes

I was pretty hungry when I woke up so while waiting for the chicken to thaw, I chopped up some potato wedges and just pan-fried them on low heat til they were cooked through and I snacked on it through the cooking.

Chicken:

Pre-heat your oven to 450 F.
In two bowls, put in a pinch of salt/pepper/garlic powder in each.
In one bowl, put in as much curry powder and the other cajun powder you’d need to coat the entire chicken breast (amount varies with the size of chicken)
Coat 1 chicken breast with the cajun powder mix, 1 chicken breast with the curry powder mix, and 1 chicken breast in just normal chicken broth powder.
Pop into the oven for 30 minutes with a tin foil cover on top

Pasta:

In a pot, boil your water and add in the a pinch of salt/pepper and a tablespoon of chicken broth powder.
Add in pasta once it boils
When cooked, drain out the liquid and let the pasta cool a bit before adding the bean paste.
I added half a tablespoon (mixed with a pinch of sugar) but it depends on how spicy you’d like it to be.  Half a tablespoon was already quite spicy.
Mix everything together and voila lunch!

Extra Info

Feel free to add in peppers, mushrooms, etc into the recipe.  My kitchen was pretty bare this morning so I just made do with what I had.  I’d like to think this turned out pretty good.  Haha
