INGREDIENTS
salt & pepper soy sauce hoisin sauce garlic honey onion mushrooms zucchini rice eggs oyster sauce peas
In a preheated dutch oven; add chopped chicken, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5-6 minutes. Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, mirin, garlic, and honey. When cooked set aside.
In the same dutch oven, add in the onions, mushrooms, and zucchini. Stir fry for a minute before adding in the soy sauce. Cook until veggies are softened.
In a wok, sauté the garlic for half a minute and then add in the rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Add in the eggs. Scrambling it until it’s almost fully set.
