In a large bowl, mix together your stew beef, flour, salt (lightly!), and pepper.

Brown the beef.

Deglaze with the broth and add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, tomato paste, and rosemary as well.

Add the potatoes, onion, carrots, and mushrooms to the IP.

Pressure cook and when done, stir to combine. Super easy!
