INGREDIENTS

Saute onions in oil over medium heat, then add the frozen beef.

Continue to saute until the beef is mostly cooked.

Add the water to the pot alongside the dried bonito and bring it up to a boil.

Add the curry roux to the pot then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the udon noodles.

When done, combine the udon noodles with the curry soup.
