My Favourite Pre-Run Fuels: MiO, Vega Bars (if I’m hungry)
My Favourite Running Fuel: SHOT BLOCKS. Sometimes I use Cherry Cola Honey Stinger Chews instead of the blocks but for the last 2 months, I’ve been using the ClifBar blocks instead
My Favourite Post Run Fuel: Rumble, Chocolate Milk, and of course GELATO
Yes I know that’s 6 and not five but c’mon, how can you NOT include gelato?! Haha! So those are the things I mainly use to fuel my runs (plus a couple spoon fulls of peanut butter….)! I do have some more that I switch in and out but usually this is what I go with. So there you have it! What do you use for fuel for your runs??
