Friday Friday Friday!

My Favourite Running Fuel: SHOT BLOCKS. Sometimes I use Cherry Cola Honey Stinger Chews instead of the blocks but for the last 2 months, I’ve been using the ClifBar blocks instead

Yes I know that’s 6 and not five but c’mon, how can you NOT include gelato?! Haha!  So those are the things I mainly use to fuel my runs (plus a couple spoon fulls of peanut butter….)!  I do have some more that I switch in and out but usually this is what I go with.  So there you have it!  What do you use for fuel for your runs??

  1. I have only had the chocolate milk on this list. Looks like I need to expand and try a few things out! When I run I am addicted to the Jelly Belly Sports Beans unless it is a long run, then I switch to another product that I can not recall the name. Guess I need to get more long runs in so I can start using it again!

    • I LOVED the jelly beans. They were so much fun to munch on but after a couple minutes it started upsetting my stomach. Luckily I was testing it out at home and didn’t have to shorten my run. I might just stick to non-sports jelly beans instead (think of all the flavours!!)
