Happy Sunday! Today I have another circuit that Sherman and I put together. Once again, this is a series aimed to help build a better runner and ways to have a gym free work out from either home or directly after your run outside!

This week, the circuit is more focused on fine tuning/strengthening than it is with HIIT. I’ve been starting to feel the start of shin splints on my left shin so the calf raises are perfect for me this week.
This circuit’s focus on the legs helps build a better runner as they strengthen and help balances out imbalances in your legs. Imbalances may lead to funky running form, ITB issues, knee pain, achilles tendon injury, and more.
