Sunday – 5k easy

Wednesday was my first LongBoat practice and boy did I have my work cut out for me!  My first “not easy” run since STWM!  I ran most it it under 6:00min/k pace when usually I average around 6:00-6:15 to non speedwork/tempo runs so it was definitely a nice change of pace!  Anyways, I’m going to keep this post short today because my final exam is tomorrow and after some calculations, I apparently will need 87% on tomorrow’s final to pull a 70% overall … please pray for me/send good vibes my way ):

  1. Good luck with your final exam! I don’t think I ever exercised during exam week back when I was in college, so I’m super impressed that you’re still running. Sending you good vibes from Philly 🙂

    • Thank you! and OMG I’M FREEEEEEEEEEEEE 😀 I’m so happy now LOL. I def missed two gym sessions to study and I feel so slugish now (I survive off junk food during exams…haha)
