Sunday – 4.65k easy
Why that was an interesting week! I was experiencing some shin pain last week after Wednesday’s run so with my shin splints so I took the week off and it was the best decision ever! My shins stopped hurting on Sunday!
Do you know how it feels when you go from a 35k weekly to 4.65k? I went a little stir crazy but luckily school kept me busy. But I TOTALLY ate like I had a 35k week so I was totally feeling sluggish on my run and I’m pretty sure I gained 10lbs LOL.
Well that’s all for today. Nothing to report (other than my sadness for Target leaving Canada and me trying to stock up on their $1 running lights!)
