I’m sorry for my lack of posting! I’ve been buried by school! Finals is next month – oh my god… ugh. So many essays…SO MANNNNNNY.
Anyways, I’m so proud of myself because last week AND this week I did my usual 3 runs. No skipped runs and even fit in a cross training session! Sure my Sunday runs weren’t “long” but I got out there, shin splints and all! AND I’ve been working on my core! Can you believe that? I’m hitting all my mini goals that I set for March. I’m so glad I blogged about it because now I feel way more obliged to work towards it :)
My shin splints have slowly been getting better and my ITB is barely hurting! I’m so happy. Winter has not been kind to my ITB and fingers crossed my shin splints ago away asap.
Oh and I know spring has arrived but daaaaamn, the trails haven’t cleared out yet ): I took a risk and went in and it was so mushy/soft/melty. Oh well! Maybe in another week or two I can finally go “home” to my trails!
