Monday – ARMS + CROSS TRAINING
Tuesday – 5K
Wednesday – ARMS + BACK + CORE
Thursday – INTERVALS
Friday – REST
Saturday – 8K
Sunday – 5K RUN + 5K WALK + 1K SWIM
I’m going to keep this short and sweet. I ran. I really did. And I wasn’t miserable (minus Sunday when it was hot and I ended up walk home after 5K and went to the pool instead). But I’m working on getting myself out of this rut.
After last week, I spoke to my coach. After some brooding – we come to a happy medium. No more intervals (I nailed last week’s 4:50 paced intervals but I had 0 motivation to do it)! She’ll be giving me a weekly max mileage and I’ll be dividing it up however I want within the week
