This week was a lot more lowkey than last week! The weather was not too desirable leading me to mostly stay indoors minus the one day of sunshine on Wednesday. Seeing sunshine, I immediately went out to do 10K. I think it was pretty much one of my longest runs in a while.
Friday was back to rain so I did a quick indoor HIIT workout. If you follow me on IG stories, I posted my workout but here’s a quick summary down below!
Over the weekend, I was at Niagara On The Lake so I didn’t get a run in until I came back Sunday night. I had waaaaay too much wine and cheese so once I unpacked my duffle (containing more cheese LOL), it was off for a quick run!
Yesterday, the Ragnar ladies and I hosted a short little 5K in the heart of downtown Toronto! We wore out Reebok Floatrides (Available at Running Room. Can’t make it to an RR? You can also get the shoes on Reebok.ca for $180) to prepare our Ragnar Relay (um, 10 days away?!?!?! HOW?!)
Our theme our light up the night but the sun just didn’t want to go down until waaaay past 8PM! Does this mean summer is on its way? Fingers crossed!
