  1. BIG fan of meat proteins here after having been a vegetarian early on in life… I must be making up for those years now! We have just purchased a BBQ for our new apartment and loving that!

    I also eat lots of eggs, egg whites, and various protein powders… just adding Greek yogurt and beans back to my diet too.

  2. I’m a big fan of meat like chicken and especially pork for protein. I am not a big fan of eggs but try to hard boil some at the beginning of the week to have options. I also eat a lot of beans and lentils because, yum!

  3. I don’t really love meat, but I do try to make a lean protein for every dinner. Eggs are awesome, but Mr PugRunner likes to only have them once a week, and I hate making them for just me. Lentils are another favorite.
