Quick and Easy Smoothies with Vega and Silk

Disclaimer: I was provided with the Vega and Silk for this post. All opinions are my own.

The last little while, I’ve been going “back to basics” with my smoothies. I had gone a little overboard a few months ago and bought all the ingredients and guess what – this expired before I could get to them! So I’ve been focusing on picking ingredients that while simple, will give me what I am looking for.

Here’s my most recent go-to smoothie that I blend whenever I’m craving a smoothie

  1. My go-to smoothie is unsweetened, unflavored almond milk, spinach, vanilla protein powder, and half of a frozen banana. It’s so simple and serves as the base for all my smoothies. Sometimes I add other things, but this one will always be my favorite.

  2. I live for smoothies, it’s a problem haha I love adding spinach to almost all of my smoothies! Also love keeping it simple, I hate when I waste produce, I always feel so awful!
