So it’s been no secret that I’ve been struggling the last few weeks on my runs (hence the quietness on the blog). However, today I’m back with some running mantras that has been getting me through my runs the last few weeks.
Mile 1: You got this.
Mile 2: This is going to feel so good when you’re done.
Mile 3: Can’t stop, won’t stop.
Mile 4: I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.
Mile 5: You’re not going to die.
Mile 6: Smile.
Mile 7: Trust the process.
Mile 8: It’s going to hurt regardless, so don’t quit.
Mile 9: You can crumble or you can conquer.
Mile 10: Mind over matter. Mind over matter.
Mile 11: Push it (P-push it real good!)
Mile 12: There’s going food.
Mile 13: Run baby run.
Mile 13.1: Stronger, better, faster.
