Combine the chia seeds, milk, and coconut milk in a large mixing bowl.

Add the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to the bowl. 

Mix and cover with a lid or plastic and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
