Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp roasted garlic dressing or dressing of your choice
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 cup roasted shaved Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup baby spinach

Instructions

  • Layer your salad into your mason jar in the order of ingredients: dressing, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, shredded chicken, Brussel sprouts, and baby spinach.

To make the roasted Brussel sprouts, coat with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast in a 400F oven for 15-20 minutes.
