You are going to want jar after jar of this delicious but healthy Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding after your first bite! Perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
In a mason jar or bowl, stir together the ingredients to make your chocolate chia pudding. Set aside.
In a second mason jar or bowl, mash up your bananas then stir together the ingredients to make your banana chia pudding. Set aside.
Let it set for a couple of minutes (5-10 minutes) in the fridge before going back in and giving it a second stir.
Let the chia pudding set in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
When ready to eat, combine some of each chia pudding in a bowl together (or layer them into multiple mason jars however you’d like and store individually to save time)
Notes
The chocolate chia layer has a tendency to clump so make sure to mix it really well the first and second time.
