3-4cupsshredded chicken
1cupsliced or chopped almonds
1-1.5cupsdiced apples
3-4tbspcashew creamdepends on how creamy you want the salad
1tspmustard powder
Instructions
In a bowl, combine your shredded chicken, almonds, apples and mix together.
In a smaller bowl, combine the cashew cream with mustard powder and whisk together.
Stir everything together until it is completely combined.
