  • 5-6 tbsp orange juice
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1-2 tsp honey

For the Brussels sprouts salad

  • 1 bag Mann’s Family Favourites: Shaved Brussels Sprouts
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 2 apples sliced thinly
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup almond slivers
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • goat cheese of your choice as much as you'd like

  • In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients for your dressing and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shaved Brussels sprouts and at least half of the salad dressing. Cover and set aside in the fridge.
  • Cook your bacon using your method of choice (I baked mine for 15 minutes in 350F) and set aside once done.
  • Taking your shaved Brussels sprouts from the fridge, add the sliced apples, raisins, almond slivers, pine nuts, bacon, and toss well. Top with the rest of the salad dressing if you desire (or set aside for your guests). Top off with goat cheese of your choice and serve.
