Lemon Parmesan Caulilini

olive oil

salt & pepper

lemon juice

lemon zest

parmesan
to taste

red chili flakes
Savoury Caulilini
2
tbsp
olive oil
1/2
tsp
salt & pepper
1/2
tsp
chili powder
1/2
tsp
smoked paprika
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
1/2
lime zest
1
lime juice
Instructions
Heat your oven to 350F.
Grease a sheet pan, or spray with non-stick.
For Lemon Parmesan CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
Toss CAULILINI® baby cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 15-20 minutes.
When done, remove from the oven and while the caulilini is still hot, toss in lemon zest, lemon juice, parmesan, and red chili flakes.
For Savoury CAULILINI® baby cauliflower
In a bowl, toss together olive oil, salt & pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder with the CAULILINI® baby cauliflower.
Roast for 15-20 minutes.
When done, remove from the oven and top with some lime zest and lime juice.
