Instructions
For the Corn
On a sheet pan, spread out the frozen corn kernels in a single layer, sprinkle on the paprika, and place the divided up butter evenly across the corn.
Roast in a 400F oven for 20-30 minutes or until it has crisped up, making sure to stir it every 5-10 minutes.
For the Bacon
On a sheet pan, evenly space out the bacon in a single layer and bake for 15-18 minutes, until crispy.
Putting it All Together
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bacon, corn, and avocado.
Combine olive oil, lime juice, and salt before drizzling it onto the salad. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
