For the Salad

For the Sauce

peanut butter

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the lettuce, chicken, edamame, carrots, cucumber, red onions, green onion, and peanuts.
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and olive oil to make the sauce.
Combine and serve.
