Roasted Banana Milk with Cinnamon
A sweet banana milk mixed with cinnamon flavours throughout, you’ll love this Roasted Banana Milk with Cinnamon. Quickly caramelize your seasoned banana slices in the oven and blend it up to make this delicious sweet drink.

Ingredients

ripe banana
sliced

brown sugar

cinnamon

salt

vanilla extract

milk
or non-dairy alternative

water
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350F.
In a bowl, combine the banana slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
Transfer to a lined sheet pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the banana to lightly caramelize.
Transfer everything on the sheet pan (that delicious sweet liquid!) to a blender.
Add in milk and water. Blend until combined.
Transfer to a cup and enjoy with or without ice.
Notes
I prefer to serve it after chilling in the fridge for an hour.
