raw cashews
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Roast cashews in a single layer on the sheet pan for 10 to 15 minutes, stir at the halfway point.
Allow the roasted cashews to cool for 10 minutes.
Transfer the nuts to a blender or food processor and start blending it, scraping down the sides as need.
When done, transfer to an airtight container.
