This quick and easy Baked Brie with Jam is an easy holiday appetizer that only takes a few minutes to prepare and less than 20 minutes to bake! This savoury and sweet spread only requires two ingredients!
Place the wheel of brie onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
With a small paring knife, remove the rind from the top of the brie. I do so by carefully cutting a border and using a spoon to scrape the rind off. Then top the exposed brie cheese with jam.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of your brie. The cheese round should be soft to the touch. Once done, serve with some crackers.
