Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, add the diced bacon and cook until they’re crispy. Remove the bacon and leave the bacon fat.
Add the diced onion and saute for 2 minutes before adding the minced garlic and saute for another minute. Add salt if desired.
Add the rice to the skillet along with the ketchup and soy sauce.
Cook until eveything is well combined.
Add the frozen peas and cook for another minute before adding the bacon back to the skillet. Top with green onions and serve.
