Ingredients
1pineapplecored, peeled, and cut into ¾-inch slices
2tablespoonolive oil or avocado oilmore if needed to thin out the mixture
Instructions
Combine the melted butter, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
Add the pineapple rings to the mixture and toss to coat.
Heat the grill to 350°F-400°F.
Grill the pineapple rings for 7 to 10 minutes, flipping at the halfway point (or four times if you want criss cross grill marks). Brush the pineapples with the butter mixture throughout, if desired.
