pakoras

russet potato

tbsp
sriracha lime seasoning

oil

cups
mixed greens
1/2
cup
tomato sauce
Instructions
Heat oven to 400F
Slice your russet potato thinly and coat with oil and sriracha lime seasoning (or seasoning of your choice).
Place your pakoras and potatoes in the oven and let it bake for 15 minutes, flipping them over at the half way mark.
Serve with a side of greens and tomato sauce (or ketchup)
