Cook your rice according to the instructions on the bag.
Coat your chickpeas with the oil and then sprinkle the seasoning onto the chickpeas.
Place the chickpeas into the oven and after 5 minutes, stir the chickpea a bit and add in the pakoras. Bake for 15 minutes then flip the pakoras and stir the chickpeas half way through.
Hummus
In a food processor, place in everything and add the chickpea liquid as needed.
Kale
In a cup, mix your oil, garlic, and lemon juice before pouring it onto your kale.
Massage your kale until the kale is reduced by around half the size. It'll be darker, softer, and shiny. The process of massaging the kale breaks down it's outer cell structure making it softer and less bitter.
Pakora Bowl
Assemble the bowl by putting everything together into a bowl with the kale and rice as the base.
