2bags of Mann’s Family Favorites Brussels Sprouts
1bag of Mann’s Family Favorites Sweet Potato Cubes
handfulof sliced almondsas much or as little as you'd like
Instructions
Heat your oven to 400F.
Cut your Brussels sprouts in half and then together with your cubed sweet potatoes and a couple cloves of garlic, coat them with olive oil on your sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
Next, cut your bacon into ~2 inch strips and place them on top of your vegetables.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes before sprinkling your sliced almonds on top and roasting for another 5 minutes. Serve while warm.
