raspberries
fresh or frozen

Instructions
Add your raspberry (fresh or frozen), honey, and orange juice to a saucepan on medium heat.
Once it has boiled, reduce heat and use a wooden spoon to mash the raspberries.
Simmer the compote, stirring and mashing occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Once done, remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Transfer into a mason jar, letting it cool before storing it in the fridge.
