If making your own meatballs, bake them for 10-12 minutes. While your meatballs are baking, combine the ingredients for the firecracker sauce and set aside. After 10-12 minutes, take out your chicken meatballs and brush them with the firecracker sauce or dip them in the sauce to fully coat the meatballs. Bake for 2 more minutes before taking them out and giving them a second coat of the firecracker sauce. Bake for 1-2 minutes again.
If you’re baking pre-made meatballs, follow the directions on the bag and pull them out 4 minutes before they’re done baking and coat the meatballs in the sauce as directed above.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
