Thaw your edamame beans by soaking it for up to 5 minutes in water. Drain and pat dry.
Toss the edamame beans in olive oil, garlic powder, and and parmesan cheese.
Add the edamame to the air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 400F and air fry for 8-10 minutes. Making sure to shake the basket at least once during the cooking cycle.
Optional: At the end of the cooking cycle (last 2 minutes), I like to lower the heat to 350F and add another sprinkling of parmesan cheese – just became who doesn’t like more parmesan!?
