350gramscheese tortellinior stuffed tortellini of your choice
1cuppeas
Instructions
Heat your oven to 400F to cook your bacon for 15 minutes (or you can cook it on a skillet if you prefer). Break into 1 inch pieces when done.
While the oven is heating up, add your eggs to a pot of water and bring it up to a boil to make hard boiled eggs. Dunk them in an ice bath while waiting for the rest of the components to finish cooking.
At the same time, bring a large pot of salted water to boil before adding in your tortellini. Cook according to the package.
When the tortellini is done, rinse it under cold water to keep them from sticking.
To assemble, divide the tortellini, bacon, peas, and cut egg into 4 airtight containers.
Serve with a dressing of your choice if desired.
Notes
Note: to thaw the frozen peas, just have them sit in some water
