For the marinade
1.5
tbsp
soy sauce
1
tbsp
honey
1/2
lime
juiced
1
tbsp
olive oil

cloves
garlic
grated
Everything else

red onion
sliced, or whatever onions you have on hand
1/2
bunch
asparagus
woodly ends removed

cup
grape tomatoes
halved
salt
to taste
Instructions
Combine the ingredients of the marinade and combine with the salmon to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oven to 400F.
Coat the onions, asparagus, and grape tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt to taste.
Arrange the vegetables onto a sheet pan, leaving enough room for the salmon.
Once the salmon is done marinading, place skin side down onto the sheet pan and drizzle any extra marinade onto the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes. If desired, brush a little bit of extra honey on top of the salmon and broil for 1-2 minutes.
Serve while warm with some lime juice squeezed on top.
