honey

Instructions
In a large bowl or a ziploc bag, combine the honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, and olive oil and mix until combined.
Marinate the chicken thighs for a minimum as 30-40 minutes or overnight if time allows it.
Heat oven to 425F.
Add everything (thighs as well as marinade) into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken thighs and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve when ready or portion out into meal prep containers.
