Peel and pat dry the chickpeas with a paper towel.
Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray and spread out the chickpeas onto the sheet pan in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes, giving the sheet pan 1-2 shakes while it roasts.
Combine the dried basil, garlic powder, and onion salt. Drizzle olive oil on top of the chickpeas and toss with the seasoning. Stir with a wooden spoon before placing it back into the oven for 5 minutes.
