Air Fryer Bagels
No yeast, no problem! With only a couple of ingredients, you can make these super easy flavourful Air Fryer Bagels at home!

cups
all purpose flour
2
cups
greek yogurt
1
tbsp
baking powder
1
tsp
salt
1
tbsp
garlic powder
1
tbsp
onion powder
2
tbsp
water
egg
beaten for the egg wash
Everything Bagel Seasoning
or seasoning of choice
Instructions
Combine the flour, greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, with 2 tbsp of water in a large mixing bowl.
Mix with a machine (I use a KitchenAid) or by hand, until the dough is well combined. The dough will be thick and a little tacky.
On a floured surface, cut the dough into 8 even pieces. I cut mine in half, then halved those halves twice.
Roll out each of the pieces into approximately 8-8.5 inch long logs before pinching the ends together into a loop/bagel shape.
Brush the top of the bagels with a beaten egg and sprinkle on top the seasoning of your choice.
Bake in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 350F.
