Instructions
Place your eggs on a trivet inside of your Instant Pot before adding in 1 cup of water.
Close your lid, set the valve to sealing, and set your manual pressure.
Set your Instant Pot to 7 to 8 minutes, depending on how large your eggs are.
Quick release once done and immediately place them in an ice bath using tongs.
Peel once cool to touch and cut in half lengthwise before separating the egg whites from the egg yolks with a spoon.
To your egg yolks, add in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar and combine by mashing everything together with a fork.
Using a spoon or a piping bag with the tip of your choice, add the egg yolk back into the egg whites as evenly as possible.
Sprinkle on some Everything Bagel seasoning on top of each deviled egg before adding a bagel cracker and a small piece of sliced salmon on top.
