mixed nuts
mix of raw almonds, raw cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

maple syrup

California prunes
roughly chopped

Instructions
How to Roast Nuts
Heat oven to 350F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Mix together your nuts of choice in a large heat safe bowl and set aside.
On the stove top on medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the rosemary for 1-2 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper, maple syrup, and brown sugar into the mixed nuts and then pour in the rosemary butter mix. Stir to combine.
Spread the mixed nuts onto the sheet pan in a single layer and roast for 15-20 minutes, making sure to stir at the half way mark.
Let cool for 10 minutes when done.
Make the Trail Mix
In a bowl, combine the roasted mixed nuts, chopped California Prunes, chopped apricot, and toasted oat ring cereal.
Portion out into airtight containers and store in your pantry.
