Ingredients
1loggoat cheese
1packgarlic and herb gournay cheese
1wedgejalapeno gouda cheese
1packMastro® Genoa Salami
1packMastro® Hot Genoa Salami
1packSan Daniele® Prosciutto
1bunchred seedless grapes
1bunchgreen seedless grapes
½cupdried apricots
crackers
Instructions
Place your three cheeses onto a board, evenly spaced apart.
Beside each cheese, add your meats.
Next, put your grapes into the gaps, preferably not directly touching a cheese.
Then fill in the gaps with dried apricots and crackers.
Serve with additional crackers on the side!

My go-to method of placing my meats are folding my prosciutto like a fan and my salami slices in halves or into quarters.
