Instructions
Wash your head of romaine lettuce and shake off excessive water.
Cut the romaine lettuce in half lengthwise.
Make an angled cut to remove the core of the romaine lettuce.
Turn the lettuce cut-side down and cut it in half again lengthwise. (Or in thirds if you have a wide head of lettuce)
Cut the lettuce from the core’s end to the tips into bite sized pieces.
Wash again if desired.
