Ingredients

hojicha powder
1½
cup
water

tbsp
sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the hojicha and just enough water to cover the hojicha powder. Add in the rest of the water.
Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk.
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and let set in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours before using it.
