Want to have roasted garlic but don’t want to heat up the house with the oven? Here’s how to make Roasted Garlic in an Air Fryer for when you only need a couple heads of garlic roasted. It’s quick, easy, and mess-free.
Trim the top ¼ inch off the top of the garlic bulb. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on the cut side.
Tightly wrap the garlic in the foil. Make sure the cut side of the garlic is facing upwards.
Air fry at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes. Increase the time for a larger head of garlic. When cool to touch, remove the garlic cloves from the skin and use or store them for later. You can squeeze the cloves out or simply peel the skin off.
