In a cup, mix your oil, garlic, and lemon juice before pouring it onto your kale.
Massage your kale until the kale is reduced by around half the size. It'll be darker, softer, and shiny. The process of massaging the kale breaks down it's outer cell structure making it softer and less bitter.
Pakora Bowl
In the oven, bake your pakoras for 15 minutes, flipping them over at the halfway point.
While your pakoras are baking, cook your gnocchi according to the packaging.
