1/5cupparmesan cheese skip if you want to cut down on calories
1/5cupbutter
1tspmustard powder
1tbsphoney
Instructions
Heat your oven (my salmon's instructions states 450F)
Slice up the salmon and place them on a baking pan (coated with non-sticking spray) and spread a thin layer of tzatziki on each fillet.
In a small bowl, combine the panko, parmesan cheese, butter, mustard, and honey. Evenly spoon the panko mix onto the tzatziki on top of the salmon fillet.
Bake for 17 minutes and either serve immediately or eat cold the next day for lunch.
Optional: while the salmon is baking, you can either prep some carb or salad to go with it. I made roasted potatoes: cut up some potatoes into small pieces, coat with oil, garlic powder, and pepper then baked at the same time as the salmon on a different rack until golden brown.
