INGREDIENTS

Pan fry the bacon while you cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Remove the bacon and cook the shallots and garlic.

Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.

Add your pasta into the pan, alongside the peas. Then stir in the spinach.

Add the reserved pasta water, heavy cream, and parmesan. Stir to combine and to coat the pasta with the sauce. Top it off with the crispy bacon and serve.
