Thai Bubble Tea
This easy Thai Bubble Tea is a homemade version of the popular boba drink that's so full of flavour and tasty! It's a mix of Thai tea and brown sugar bubble tea that only takes a handful of ingredients to make.

Brown Sugar Boba Pearl Syrup

tapioca pearls

muscovado sugar
40

water
Thai Tea Boba

thai tea mix

half and half
or cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Brown Sugar Boba Pearl Syrup
Prepare your tapioca pearls according to the package.
In a pot, combine the muscovado sugar with 40 ml of water and bring it to a boil.
Turn down the heat to a simmer and add in the prepared tapioca pearls.
Simmer until the brown sugar syrup has thickened.
Remove from heat once it has thickened.
Thai Bubble Tea
Bring water to boil and add the Thai tea mix.
Allow the Thai tea to steep for at least 30 minutes and cool to room temperature. Or chill in the fridge until ready for use.
In a cup, add in half of the brown sugar syrup with the pearls.
Top with half of the tea and half of the dairy.
Stir to combine and enjoy!
